What we collect on this website
If you submit a form, we collect the name, email address, artist or label name, budget range and message you give us. We also collect basic technical data such as pages viewed and referring source.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry, assess fit, and run the service you ask for. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Campaign data we handle for clients
When we run campaigns, fan data collected through landing pages belongs to the artist or label, not to Shuffle. We process it on their instruction and hand it over in full on request.
Advertising and analytics tools
Campaigns use advertising pixels from platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google, plus reporting from Spotify for Artists and Apple Music for Artists. Those platforms process data under their own policies.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to answer you or serve you as a client. Email info@wershuffle.com to request access, correction or deletion of your data.
Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary cookies keep the site and the contact form working and are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Rejecting optional cookies does not affect the contact form or any other feature. The privacy acknowledgement on the contact form is separate from cookie consent.
